What countries do you ship to?
Due to customs of most countries restricting Food/Drink products we only now ship to the UK
You don't show dates on your products. How do I know the expiry date?
Because we have a very high turnover of stock on most products we don't show expiry dates, but we always send out good with the longest expiry date as possible.. However, anything less than a month before expiry will be shown in the product description and offered at 50% off. Anything with less than a week before expiry is donated to our local foodbanks.
What are your postage costs?
Our delivery partners are Royal Mail and FedEx.
Royal Mail 48 - £4.00
Royal Mail 24 - £4.50
FedEx 24 - £7.00
Free Delivery for all orders over £75.00
All orders over 10kg will automatically be sent via FedEx no matter the postage choice you have selected.
Are all your products in stock?
Yes. All products showing as in stock are here ready to be packed and shipped
When do you ship orders out?
90% of all orders received by 2pm weekdays are shipped the same day. Any orders after this time are shipped the next following working day.
Royal Mail & FedEx only collect on weekdays. Royal Mail may deliver on a Saturday but FedEx don't.
Can you do a deal on a big order?
We offer the best possible prices on all stock therefore we will not be able to offer special offers. However, if you are a new customer we offer 10% off your first order using code NEW10 at checkout
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via Debit/Credit card and PayPal.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
All orders are sent with a VAT receipt for your records.
My delivery come damaged/something missing etc
Any problems/questions regarding your delivery, please do contact us as soon as possible via email or phone and we will sort this for you. Damages during transit do happen and rarely we do get things wrong, were only human but we can sort those for you.

Do you offer any free products on Social Media?
We do not offer any competitions on any Social Media platforms. Sadly these days with a lot of scams appearing on Social Media, we have had no make a new Facebook page and have lost our 23k followers. Please do like or follow us for all the latest stock, prices and information.
We will never ask for information via Social Media in any circumstances.
